Well the rain has finally stopped, it has been fairly wild here in the 'naki' for the past couple of days. We got 120 mls in a matter of hours yesterday, so it is wet under foot at the moment, but is wonderful to see sunshine today!
So while the weather has kept me inside I have been doing a spot of painting! Have I told you how much I LOVE chalk paint, yes I know I have! A newly painted suitcase and jars for the lounge window, is just what was needed I think!

Well it is Friday which means the weekend starts tomorrow and we all love weekends! So have a fabulous weekend and enjoy what ever the weekend brings you!
